The bodybuilding contest is over, and I just barely managed to place.
I truly feel like my physique was the best itβs ever beenβbut it seems the growth of those around me was on another level.
Seriously, the level this year was insane! Completely incomparable to last year!π
Iβm grateful to be able to compete in an environment like this, but if I donβt step up, Iβll definitely be left behind. I need to come up with a plan to keep up and keep fighting.
At my age, people would normally say Iβve already passed my peak. But I still believe thereβs room to grow.
Up until now, Iβve entered contests each year mainly for the experienceβbut maybe itβs time to focus on bulking carefully, so I donβt waste whatever potential I have left.π€
