Discord update

Since I want to start using supporters suggestions more for deciding what should be in the next updates, I thought it'd be helpful to use Discord to communicate and do polls.
If you've got a Discord account linked to your Patreon/SubscribeStar account, then you should be automatically added to a supporters chat. If you don't have a Discord account connected, then feel free to message me add I can add the role manually.
