New tool TaskExplorer

The idea behind it is to have a platform independent Qt5 based UI and different backbends one for Windows and one for Linux.
For windows it will be using the ProcessHacker library https://github.com/processhacker/processhacker and for now that will be the main target platform.
The UI layout is inspired by an old tool called TaskInfo, IMHO its far Superior to any other task manager, but since its closed source and was abandoned in 2012 we need an alternative don't we?!
Tell me what you think about the project idea.

It will look mostly like Task Info but it will have all the Process Hacker functionality.
