I may not know about what you're going through, but I know what it's like to be not the best mentally. I have schizophrenia, bipolar, and Dissociative identity disorder (used to be called multiple personality disorder) so I've had some rough times myself. And I learned how important stepping back from things, even stuff you love, is. Even if it might be difficult. Focus on yourself the best you can and try your best to remember and tell yourself you are loved and you are not alone. I'm not trying to overstep any boundaries by saying all this. I'm hoping I come across as helpful like I intend. Also, if it's ok with you, if you ever need someone to talk to or vent to, I have some experience with self care, and two working ears that are happy to listen to anything you have to say, even if it's something silly. I won't judge. You are my favorite artist and I want the best for you and I want you to be ok. I love and care about you so hang in there. Sunny skies are always near ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
