The Box is the best episode. I love it so much! Sterling K Brown does amazing, he won an award for it and was nominated for an Emmy. He is an amazing actor. I love him in This Is Us too. He doesn't play a bad guy in that, but he's brilliant! And I love the whole thing of the entire episode just being Jake and Holt interrogating him. Just the two of them with the murderer, a small scene with the Lawyer, and then Gina and Charles each appearing for a very short amount of time. It's amazing that the episode that had the lowest budget was the best episode. And of course the moment Jake gets him! Him just BSing through the story, adding in the "you got lucky" and "it was a miracle" subtly at every chance he got, and the reactions he got to that. Then the confession. And the Three Oh Damns! Perfect!
