Lucifer is still stuck in the cage with poor Adam/Michael. Not quite sure how it works, but for example in Ep 2 when Sam thinks he's driving with Dean to that warehouse, when Sam gets out of the car HE'S holding the keys, which means HE driove there. BTW , loving your 'Good Place' reactions, too! I esp love how taken aback you were at Michael's betrayal. (I'm currently in S2)
