Speaking as the person who initially suggested it, it does have the potential to come off the wrong way, given the backward behaviour of some of the 1973 characters. The point, of course, was to show how backward it was, but even at the time in 2006, some viewers were saying 'those characters should be looked up to'. Sort of 'Thanos was right' types. I'm not sure, on reflection, whether it's best first watched as a reaction. As a Whovian, and as someone currently reacting to a police-centric sitcom, I think Liam would like the sci-fi/fantasy/thriller elements.

Idk I'm torn between the 2.
