Added 2023-10-31 00:14:43 +0000 UTCPatreon started requiring NSFW creators to provide government photo ID via Jumio.
They are doing this to give the IDs to Mastercard.
I don't trust Jumio and I dislike that my ID would be handed over to another company for nebulous reasons.
So after I finish making The Hour in Festivity (Home Town Festival), I will "soft" shutdown this Patreon campaign.
If you aren't interested in the game I am currently making, there is no reason to pledge.
By "soft" shutdown, I mean I will delete everything currently on Patreon and stop posing NSFW stuff to it. I might still use it like a public blog or what not, but there will be no NSFW or exclusive content of any kind.
Assuming nothing extreme happens, the rough estimate of this happening is Feb or March of 2024.
