Mahone figuring out that it was a ruse isn't all that outlandish. He's the only one who knows they're traveling with Kellerman so him putting it together based on that Intel and the confusion in the room. Not to mention he used the expert to be the final verdict to validate that Michael was being honest about Sara. And Haywire murdered both his parents because they abused him which is why he was in Fox River. Sucre's story was the best thing about this episode tho. Yeah, that was the kindest old man ever. It was tough not to judge Sucre for stealing his car. Lol

2020-09-08 00:50:16 +0000 UTCI believe Haywire killed his parents. Once Alex figured out it was chapters in the book, the answer/location was literally at the top of the page so it wasn't hard to figure out. The analyst was looking at all the textbook clues of the video whereas Alex knows how they operate as he's been searching for them for 15 episodes. Kellerman was erased and in the Secret Service so the cops wouldn't have been able to verify him.
