also yes it was really the actors voices for Lori, Jim, Amy & Jacqui, and if you remember the last time we saw Carol she was running from a bunch of walkers(some of them were busy eating T-DOG but not all) so she probably ducked into that room to hide and was too exhausted to push the door open with the dead walker up against it by the time the rest left(which could have been up to day or so)
