This story asks, what if a big time super hero with amazing powers wasn’t noble like captain America or Superman but rather a profoundly broken female with PTSD that is a drunk and trying to hide from being a hero rather than embracing it. It’s my favorite of these marvel Netflix shows.

2020-08-18 10:42:56 +0000 UTCYay, glad you're doing this one! It's a whole different beast from Daredevil. It's definitely less of an action show, more of a psychological thriller/drama. I think it deals with issues of trauma really, really well. And Kilgrave is the scariest Marvel villain (at least on screen) to date, imo. And yes, Carrie Ann-Moss's character is named Jeri Hogarth.
