Cas only came when Sam called, because Sam said he needed help with the Ark of the Covenant. Like in 6x03, Cas will show up when the issue relates to Heaven Btw, Mary is in heaven not hell even though she was killed by a demon. She didnβt sell her soul so her soul still went to Heaven.

Especially how he 'learned it from the pizza guy' π... The highlight though for me was Sam's creepy-ass smile with the blood on his teeth. Seeing Jared play this completely different Sam has actually become a fun ride now that I know what's going on with him.

2020-08-17 17:38:54 +0000 UTCGrandpa's reasoning makes sense... to grandpa. He doesn't know the whole story, so yeah of course a parent would want to bring their kid back. Outside of that, kinda flimsy reasoning for the viewer because it feels so "old-school low stakes" which is what grandpa is essentially. As for the Crowley death, yikes, never saw that coming at first. You can see the desperation in Castiel these days and being quick to destroy Crowley definitely painted a picture. He's being torn in all directions: Heaven, Hell, the boys, etc. I'm surprised Castiel still answers their calls tbh with everything else going on.
