She may have lingering feelings for Castle, but those were only brought up because of how vulnurable she was (getting her wedding postponed, her partner being the suspect, finding out he slept with the victim). She shouldn't have kissed Castle, but those were some really weird circumstances she found herself in and it doesn't mean she doesn't love Gregg.
