People that still defended Ward after this ep and still wanted him to get with Sky, piss me off. Fitz and Simmons are my faves. When delusional shippers who romanticize murderous, traitorous bad boys try to dismiss Ward trying to kill my faves, I get a little upset. Also Sky deserves better than that toxic bastard.

2020-07-20 05:32:56 +0000 UTCConsider this: if Ward had not shot Buddy, Garrett would never have accepted him into Hydra. It appears Ward couldn’t murder Buddy or Fitz-Simmons at close range. As I see it, Ward isn’t purely evil like Simmons insists, but he isn’t a good man forced to do bad things like Fitz wants to believe. Ward is loyal. Loyalty is a good quality. Ward is loyal only to Garret: that’s pretty bad. As for Raina, she’s intriguing, isn’t she?

2020-07-19 20:53:47 +0000 UTCYeah it was Ward who killed the dog, he just couldn’t do it up close which is a parallel to him dropping FitzSimmons in the ocean. I’m glad you’re all in on Tripp now he’s amazing, he’s the nicest person on this show. Yeah it took him a bit to gel with Fitz but that was all down to Fitz and his own jealously which even Fitz admitted.

The parallel of killing the dog and dropping Fitz-Simmons is supposed to tell you he considers attachments a weakness, and gets rid of them. Dropping them into the ocean there is as good as killing them morally speaking, and that was the point where I went full "kill ward" mode and lost all sympathy for him
