Yeah, I agree that this episode is weird. I always hate when TV shows do a pilot to another show within a show, they always are my least favorite episode of the show. I hate that they left Jess off on such a bad note for this season and hurt Rory for the sake of doing this show and expand on Jess and then it doesn’t even happen. Can’t believe season 3 is coming to an end already. I’m excited for you to get to season 4 and see how you feel. Honestly, for me it sometimes feels like the next part is like a whole new show.

And then Taylor had the red light timed for the oldest person in Stars Hollow. To be able to make it across the street before it turned green. That’s why that light takes so long.

Her name is Alex Borstein and she's married in real life to the guy who plays Jackson and I believe she was originally cast as Sookie and filmed the pilot, but her contract from another show didn't allow to keep going in that role so Melissa McCarthy stepped in.
