Completely agree, cheating is absolutely the worst thing a spouse can do. But I think Stella is at fault because she is the one who's married. It's complicated though because Mark did push her away the same way House did, but it's not an excuse. In the end if you noticed there were similarities between the two marriages on focus this episode, where the wives kept believing that if they don't tell the truth everything will be ok. And like Foreman said, it's the perfect marriage if no one talks about anything. Doesn't mean It will be a happy one.
