2020-12-16 08:36:28 +0000 UTC"Darker in look and tone" is what is driving Star Trek fans away from the franchise with garbage like Picard and Discovery; not to say it wouldn't work here but you haven't seen the rest of the series yet and it does get darker for sure. They also tried doing a spin-off called Blood & Chrome but I have no idea what happened to that, there was an awesome trailer that I can't find anymore on Youtube but it had the same music and was cut the same way that the trailer for the Girl With the Dragon Tattoo was cut
