2020-02-09 12:13:50 +0000 UTCThe breaker box thing showed that someone had manually shut that power off, it wasn't the storm that did it. I'm no expert, I just know from my basic knowledge that because since a light was still out and when Shawn flipped the switch for the holding hall the light came on, it means something with connection was tampered with manually. Lol...that is a horrible explanation....maybe someone who knows that stuff better can say it better than I can. I just know it means he realized someone had turned the lights off down there on purpose.
