Youβre not crazy. π Titus Welliver (War) and ***spoiler*** later in the season were indeed those characters in Lost.

2020-02-05 07:52:45 +0000 UTCWelp, not sure I'm going to be a fan of the next however-many eps they keep the boys apart now. I don't like that at all.....I actually had high hopes they'd make up this episode, given how reluctant Dean was to give his amulet (childhood gift from Sam) to Castiel. If the amulet meant that much, I thought he hadn't really given up on Sam. .... The thing that made me think the demon war was fake was when Sam stabbed the two men in the store: no flash of fiery yellow/red in the face that we always see when a demon is killed with Ruby's knife. They just died normal..... Am I crazy, or is the actor who played War the same one who, paired up with the actor playing Lucifer's vessel last episode, played the two mystical 'island guardian' brothers in the last season of 'Lost'? If they are, is that a coincidence or some meta stunt casting?....I don't think War drove off, it seemed to me more like he and his ride disappeared once he lost his power, the ring..... Loved Castiel's intensity at the hospital!

2020-02-05 06:16:38 +0000 UTCThe War guy seemed to be doing more than just the illusion, he was amplifying some base aggression instincts which is why they were being overly aggressive to the point it kind of didn't seem to make sense. That's the only explanation for how some of them acted once the ring was off, for example the guy who had been shooting out the window that wasn't even looking at anyones eyes when the ring was removed yet still seemed affected and sobering up when the 'spell' ended.
