2019-12-22 05:55:27 +0000 UTCThis episode is pretty bland but it does have the funny scene with Shaw nearly killing a super slow employee with only Fusco to stop her as well as a great twist ending with Reese walking away and letting them just kill each other.

2019-12-21 23:50:57 +0000 UTCDon't get me wrong... I love Amy Acker as Root. She's fantastic! But it's a bit harsh to automatically give any episode a 6 just because she doesn't appear in an episode. Did you give the entire first season a 6 or less too? For me, Reese is the best character throughout this series. I love, love, love him, and Jim Caviezel is phenomenal!! :)

2019-12-21 18:54:31 +0000 UTCThank you so much for another great reaction for Person of Interest. You're right that this episode isn't great. Myself... I really like it overall, but I like it a lot for the overall storyline and the case itself because I find it interesting, and I absolutely love Reese, Finch, Fusco, Shaw, and Carter throughout this episode like I always love them. As for the husband and wife characters who turn out to be the perpetrators... I agree with you that the actors chosen to play them were very weak and not very good. Had they cast better actors to play this couple, I think this episode could have been much better. As for the ending... I agree with you 100% that Reese's moment as he states... "I'm in the habit of stopping bad things from happening. Only I'm not so sure this is a bad thing." is absolutely phenomenal. I love it! And I absolutely love how he lays down a gun on the table for the husband too, then simply walks away, leaving them alone to kill one another, which we are led to believe they do from hearing the two gunshots go off as Reese is continuing to walk away. Brilliant! Thank you again! Until next time...

2019-12-21 13:11:07 +0000 UTCA fair assessment of the episode I think. Some cool stuff in there, but the case of the week was lacking something - and I think she was the weak link - I didn't find myself drawn to her much at all. She was entirely one note.
