Whenever someone isn't sure if they would like Doctor Who I tell them these two library episodes, Blink, and one episode you haven't gotten to yet. I'm so glad you like this episode as much as I do. It was great watching someone else have the enthusiasm I do for this one.

I appreciate the people who voted this a skippable episode because it is more proof, that sometimes people need attention even if it is negative.

It really is up there as one of my favorites too (I think it's perfectly okay to have more than one favorite/number 1 episode, by the way.). It's very emotional and leaves you baffled and intrigued at first while you're trying to figure out what the heck is going on. Fun stuff.

2019-12-20 08:39:22 +0000 UTCDuring the episode (21:25) the Doctor overheard River talking about him with one of the crew members and how he would open the doors of the TARDIS with a snap of his fingers and then he said it doesnβt work that way. She said it does for the doctor. Thatβs the reason he tried opening the doors with the snap of his fingers at the end.
