Also the flower isn’t a flower you can only get in one spot it’s just originally from that place, She just had flowers that the Siren stole when he stole the blood to make Dean believe it was her, also they didn’t play it safe with episode at all not just the last ten minutes. And the Doctor was all over Sam as soon as she met him so them hooking up makes total sense

2020-08-12 19:02:49 +0000 UTCI always took it as Sam getting mad about dean commenting on him always "falling in love with mosters". Madison, Ruby, and now Cara. I personally think that really pushed Sam's buttons on top of Dean not trusting him. But that's just my take

Several rewatches later, the reaction of anger towards Dean not trusting him (for being an idiot that slept with someone on a case like this) and the flowers the doctor had just coincidentally coming from that region, still doesn't make sense. No matter how many times you watch it, they clearly forced a couple of things in order to sell the 'twist', and in my opinion, that's pretty lame.

2019-12-07 17:05:34 +0000 UTCThe doctor was heading into a local bar and not the strip club. Sam probably was mad because he knew Dean didn't trust him. We actually hear the fall out of that once they are arguing. The flowers could be a random coincidence the Siren used to it's advantage. I get these impressions after several rewatches, other viewers might see it differently. Sometime trying to get ahead of the story can make you miss small things. I really liked your analysis and reaction though. Can't wait for the next.
