With this episode we learn (through the music video at the start) that the Cartel has indeed learned about this "Heisenberg" and that his "blue stuff" has made its way across the borders. So with that, coupled with the talk of Walt wanting to expand his business it looks as if he's going to be making some new enemies along the way. With Skyler, she now has a job and we've been introduced to a potential problem; Hank is in El Paso and like you mentioned, he's out of his comfort zone. Jesse and Jane are a "thing" now and the story continues with an introduction of another great character next episode, which you've guessed already by the title. VERY excited to see you watch next ep, if you like him, you're gonna love his show.
