I've watched the show a few times and that thought hadn't even occurred to me. i always took her at her word about the sperm bank but this is Jan we are talking about so i don't why. from the dinner party i knew she hooked up with him but i always took it as before Michael but yeah with the way she was acting there it's definitely possible. which just makes it even more messed up to Michael.
