Ellison was the prevailing theory because it was convenient, for the audience and the avocados, he and Ulrich had a big fight in front of everyone, which ended in Ulrich being let go. But that fight was in front of the full bullpen and covered the pertinent details about Fisk's parents. The arrest was meant to be a subversive surprise and prove Ellison is nothing more than a foolhardy hothead, who has to deal with the fact that the last time he spoke to his friend they fought and he fired them.

2020-05-14 10:37:43 +0000 UTCThis finale was low on action but high in tension and emotion. Starting with the funeral scene an finishing withe the reaffirmation of Nelson and Murdock. The final showdown between Fisk and Murdock was not particularly scenographic but it was emblematic of both characters. I like the last scene with Fisk restless in cell barely large enough to contain him until he sits and stare at the white wall, which is his usual way to find solace.
