2020-11-11 01:37:06 +0000 UTCThis episode is incredible, it planted seeds for Sonya to maybe start realizing the truth about Division. I felt so bad for Birkhoff when Amanda was torturing him. He held out as long as he could but I think anybody would talk with a big fucking needle about to be drilled into their skull through the nose! It's a perfect 10 for me. Season 2 Nikita is great, 3 is great, 4 is great.

The Birkhoff & Nikki stuff is just wonderful and seeing Nikita so emotional is earned (considering she's lost just about everyone else) and effective. Amanda is terrifying and we get interesting stuff on other characters such as Sean and Sonya. Oh, and Michael as the stabilizing influence. Even Alex's storyline, which has gone in fits and starts all season, works perfectly.

2020-05-06 15:32:16 +0000 UTCthis was one of my faves from season 2 bc as you said it establishes how close Birkhoff and Nikita are (I always thought of them having a sibling-like relationship) plus anytime Nikita doesn’t just have everything under control is exciting to see .. she clearly misses Michael - not just romantically but as a team member too ... this episode also lets you know that Amanda is way more vindictive than Percy - Percy just wants power and it’s never personal, Amanda always gets personal and that makes her more unpredictable..

It's just a story line that they brought up for his character and his relationship with Nikita and I think it's really interesting. Nikita loves Birkhoff like a brother. She was close with him and Michael when she was still with division. I forgot how much I loved this episode. Glad you enjoyed it!
