House will remain, for the most part, an episodic type of show, just like working in a hospital would be like, get a patient, he dies or gets better and then leaves. But stick with the show, it has some great story arcs and most importantly, it has quite a bit of phenomenal episodes who will leave you jaw dropped. You will very much appreciate sticking with the show.
