Black Mirror is interesting from a sci-fi perspective, but each ep is like a stand-alone movie, and I like over-arcing storylines and character development. JJ is also in the same universe as Daredevil and a whole crossover series (The Defenders) so it just makes the most sense to watch next.

It gets even darker than Daredevil in some ways as it looks at abuse and its effects.
