Yes, this means I will be truly watching this show for the first time with David. New Girl actually brings to mind another show I would love to see either Steven or David watch someday, UGLY BETTY, another show I have yet to watch all the way through.

Anyone who's been in a few relationships in their life, know exactly what Nick was going through (We all been there). Jess really messed up too. She put Nick in the worst possible spot to backslide and she cockblocked Schmidt... If I were them, I'd be pissed at Jess too cuh!

2020-08-12 23:51:03 +0000 UTCI think this episode does a good job of reminding you that the people in your life don't always treat you the way you deserve to be treated and it is up to you to change that. We see this in multiple Dynamics, jessxguys, nickxcaroline, schmidtxgirlwithcrazy hair, schmidtxgirlfromcollege. Jess confronts the behavior and expects them to change, Nick confronts the behavior and leaves the dynamic, Schmidt in both situations really doesn't do anything and continues to in many ways encourage the behavior. I the end Jess and Nick are the only one really getting what they needed at the end of the evening.

BTW: Natasha Lyonne (that's her name) also has her own Netflix show called Russian Doll which so far only has one season but which I find really interesting. Maybe check it out if you have the time.
