I hear you talking about the animation a lot and i totally get where you're coming from. This isn't meant as an excuse, but the season did air in 2020. There are a lot of really funny "budget" moments in this season, but there are also some really nice sakuga moments sometimes! Everything became a little shittier in 2020, and I personally am glad that the show looks as good as it does considering
