Corki is a better adc than he is in mid IMO, because hes not very spell focused
Hwei down, hwei wants sorcs over cdr boots IMO and they are nerfed, and this is a good nerf to hwei, still one of the better mages but id rather play syndra ori taliyah etc.
Irelia buffed but botrk dmg nerfed over and over again.
Qiyana up, more consistant now and will be healthier for early skirmishes.
Swain down, the changes are a nerf in my opinion, but could be a buff long term if they buff his numbers.
Yone still OP kit, but much worse than 2 patches ago.
