Udyr was the biggest target this patch from riot, but its because he was so op 14.19. Still very strong, but hes more equal to the others now.
Skarner touched less than udyr.
Lee up
Amumu down a tier, he got fked because udyr was op :D ( liandry nerf )
Fiddle up a tier, non liandry ap jungler. he can outpace the liandry champs easier.
Graves is a real champ again
Nunu up a tier, gap between tank jg and ap jg isnt as big ( still big of course)
Brand down a tier, his only purpose was outpacing and teamfight, now he isnt as strong coming into teamfights cus less AP on liandry, less clear speed.
Lillia compared to brand, offers more than just farming and cares less about losing AP on liandry compared to brand last patch, and for this patch, brand gets hurt more with liandry nerf.
