Udyr down a tier, nerfs to his E movespeed hurts his ability to find angles in teamfights and to proxy.
Poppy nerf hurts her more in top than support lol, down a tier ( amazing some games tho vs things like jax)
Riven up a tier, especially if u are a riven main
Nothing else really changes this patch, just learn riven, and be careful about early poppy pick since ur passive is so long cd, some matchups very hard.
