I dont think leblanc becomes OP from these buffs personally, this champion usually doesnt even hit her W for damage, so that change is only relevant for waveclear. Her e buff is nice tho.

there is no way zyra mid can be good, i refuse to believe it, she loses every mage matchups and vs melees you can play 10 other champions way better.

2023-11-02 11:44:25 +0000 UTCIs panth really still S+ and blindpickable? with ori/syn/viktor/xerath being picked more, idk how panth supposed to lane. i was otp mid, stopped playing it cause with new matchups + snowballing nerfed the pick felt alot worse than it did in the past year. but i'm not sure if you have a different reason for placing him there.
