Glacial nerf is biggest thing this patch for supports, Stuff like Rakan with glacial , amumus ability to run u down after 1 Q is mainly the things thats hurt. IMO rell is still OP, blitz will still destroy 2x squishy botlanes, and 90% of the other melee supports run glacial aswell so its not like this changes the meta, just some champs like Pyke doesnt get affected.
