Added god carry tier for this patch specifically for rengar and kha.
Eve up a tier but ban rengar, she is better cus people are spamming enchanter supports is my theory ( her winrate jumped, but none of the item changes matter that much ( 5 percent buff to raba isnt massive cus its lategameitem )
Amumu strong right now with the previous buffs given to him and buffs to evenshroud and abyssal mask.
Nocturne better due to stridebreaker buffs and enchanter meta.
Kindred down a tier, item changes not good for her
neeko up a tier with the buffs
Reksai down a tier, i know its playable with youmoos but its worse than prowler by far
Graves up a tier, one of the better champs vs the OP champs ( kha rengar for example ) BT change and youmoos and collector change is all good for him.
Abyssal mask is OP af atm, maokai, zac, amumu for example use this item really well.
I know people think belveth is weak, but i swear stridebreaker makes her fine. try rushing stridebreaker and let me know if shes still dogshit.
