Alistar top gets massive buffs, but it was so bad before buffs that it probably wont matter, if u want to try it, atleast play it vs like jax.
Graves top is buffed since your best mythic is crit and other good items is IE and BT, so crit graves being buffed helps him scale in toplane.
olaf nerf is a joke
Sejuanis main strength of toplane ( mix damage and trades with her W and gank setup ) has not been changed really ( only R cahnge hurts rlly ) so she stays same place
Yasuo changes not bad, fine pick into like Gnar for example
DD change very good for riven, a singular item change will not make her go up a tier tho
Catalyst change mainly hurts gragas but hes so above everything else that it dont matter in thee end imo
Another thing catalyst change hurts is when you play like tank Chogath vs magic damage and you want to rush abyssal mask .
Wukong top down a tier, the changes hurts him quite a bit toplanee lol
No real changes once again because riot sucks at balancing :) maybe next patch.
I also changed some skill ratings likee jax from hard to medium
Greeen = easy | blue = medium | red = hard | yellow = blindpickable

2023-04-18 21:43:07 +0000 UTCfk didnt add blindpickable, my bad. Same as last patch tho, i suggest blinding mainly: Akshan Gragas Kennen Jayce. You can blind things like trynda olaf darius ofc and most matchups will be fine, but some r quite bad, but thats toplane
