Vayne up a tier, not a great champion atm tho imo, but she is better for sure.
Think veigar is still S+ in botlane cus other mages arent so good
Ezreal down a tier tbh, quite a bit of champs r good vs him atm, and alot of hard engage meta champs that counter him a bit like Vi and tanks top.
BT nerf is not bad or insane, its just whatever, you need to build it first item some games still vs rlly poke heavy lanes, and its rlly OP lategame still, same with overheal, so sstill a good item.
Navori is worse on champions like Tristana where Q CD is very high, but on ezreal its basically same thing since the % cd reduction is based on remaining CD, ezreals Q is always low.
