Fizz is quite a bit stronger, but im worried about putting him up a tier because seraph stopwatch rod of ages is so common, once this combo is nerfed, fizz will be alot stronger. Great pick vs things like Syndra tho.

cosmic drive change is huge, really big for Leblanc, Xerath type of champions. Sucks a bit for cassiopeia since she wants the HP.
TF ryze down a tier, just good champions into them are meta atm.

green = Easy | blue = medium | red = hard | yellow = blindpickable
