Blitz change is irrelevant, his best build is 3x kindlegem, he shouldnt buy mana, and the dmg change almost never matters, if hook hits enemy either dies or it was a bad hook.
lulu is a strong laner, so actually matters a little little bit, but shes still way stronger than the other enchanters .
i already rate yuumi low, so wont move her further down, no idea why they nerf her.
Deadmans still good on bard poppy etc, they didnt nerf the movespeed nor the damage.
Added TF support to list, pretty good pick imo, nerfed next patch tho cus swifties nerf.
