Think corki change matters mostly in hard matchups like vs caitlyn, in most other matchups corki won lane so hard anyways it doesnt matter u lost 3 armor
Draven down a tier
jhin buff irrelevant kinda, its like 5 ad on 2 items
Kaisa actually got a good buff this patch, and also draven is nerfed. think champ is not worthy of S tier yet tho IMO, but its close.
smolder is terrible

Ezreal down a tier, still a great pick in a lot of games where you need mobility but less good as just a pick you pick all the time, but increase of kaisa picks, tristana being better, champ is also worse cus of this.
