Noel's aware that these demons have not killed Muse just yet for reasons he doesn't know. He's seen his baby bro a few times after being yanked into various portals, countless children held captive. Even though in current time, Muse would be in his early twenties (he's 2 years younger than Noel). So... adult Muse still living amonst demons would more than likely fuck the poor thing up.
At some point, Noel gets to him. At some point Muse is saved. At some point, Noel gets to kill this particular demon.
