I can understand if you barely have time to react to Arrow you should probably stop with season 3 because you'll need to start watching The Flash for continuity reasons.

I was super happy and thankful that we even got season 6...but to get a season 7 as well! makes me extremely excited for what's to come... Because we all know that AoS never disappoints!!!
