Oh this is more symbolic! Not that biological in this case. Liliths demon form is more of a manifestation of his sin or general idea of lust / love/ intimacy/ intercourse/ and procreation. So it’s more personalized and a representation of an idea than actual biological reality. The guts are a fun addition, the mouth represents the hunger and oral desire, the bottom is a lot more complex and symbolic meaning mitosis, sexual reproduction, and male and female reproductive organs. The lines everywhere is the disorientation, which strays you. Like how too much lust can .
