Hereโs a sneak-peek of my newest mermaid drawing, inspired by the reference you guys voted for! โบ๏ธ I had so much fun with her and Iโm so happy she won the vote! I included some steps for you to see how it came together โจ
I also filmed the coloring process of this drawing for this monthโs draw with me video and Iโll be posting the video today! ๐๐ We spent all day editing yesterday so you guys can have a cozy video to watch for your weekend ๐ฅฐ
Iโll be sharing my thought process and a few coloring tips while I draw too ๐ stay tuned for the video! Itโs going up for all Big-Hearted Butterfly patrons and Devoted Dragonfly patrons ๐ฆโจ
In other news, our poll for this monthโs tutorial video closed and it looks like the tutorial will be about... Lineart: Techniques & Sketching Tips! ๐๐ I am so excited to get started on this tutorial because sketching is one of my favorite things in the world about drawing ๐ฅฐ For the next few weeks Iโll be writing my notes and planning for the video, and then Iโll get started on filming! ๐ฅณ
