Greetings Allies, What do you guys think of Red Dead Redemption being rated in Korea? Could we be seeing a Red Dead Remastered? Since Rockstar is mostly working on GTA VI, do we even want this considering what happened with the GTA Trilogy collection?

Hey Allies, I’m currently playing through Final Fantasy XVI and absolutely loving it. I love the way the combat system is slowly doled out, allowing you to really get comfortable with every mechanic and ability. I realized, that while playing, I have been subconsciously ranking this combat system against all my other favorite combat systems in my head. Currently (with four Eikons unlocked) I have it ranked just above FF7R, just below Sekiro and about on par with the two modern God of War games. So, I was curious, what your favorite combat system of all time was and if you had any recommendations for someone who may now be interested in character action or fighting games because of FFXVI? Love and respect, Alex P

L&R Question: Do you have a favorite type of protagonist to play as in a video game? With silent protagonists falling out of fashion, and quips becoming an option to disable, I'm curious what playable characters you've enjoyed spending time as, and if there are any blind spots that you'd like to see more of.

About 7 years ago, GameTrailers released one of my favorite Top 10s- Games that F**ed Me (Blood feel free to censor as “Wasted Me” as you described). Highlights include Huber hitting a game breaking progress bug dozens of hours into Darksiders 2 and Jones spoiling his quest for a perfect Fable 3 ending. Back in 1997 or so, as an 11 year old playing their first real RPG from start to finish, I was near the end of Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars when one day my SNES cartridge decided to just wipe my save file out of the blue. I was devastated and to this day have never touched it again. However this fall is REDEMPTION with a Switch Remake. My question to you all is have you ever gotten screwed over by a game only to return many years later to finish the fight. Love and respect, Jeremy G

Call me Baba Yaga, because I’ve been killing my babies recently. I rarely return to games, choosing instead to spend my time exploring brave new worlds. Over the past year, however, I’ve made a concerted effort to replay some of my favorites, experiencing them again like it’s the first time. And it hasn’t been flattering. This isn’t that the games don’t hold up or they’re not as good as I remember… I begin to question if they were ever good. Bayonetta, every Bioshock game, all but one Metal Gear title… they feel dated, heavy handed, cumbersome, difficult to control, and especially with Metal Gear, borderline embarrassing that it was celebrated to the levels it was. Before I’m called a jaded boomer, this isn’t a universal sentiment… Killer7, Donkey Kong Country 2, and Metal Gear Rising still whip as hard as they did the day they released like an old Shania Twain record. Have you had similar experiences, where your opinion of a game isn’t just changed, but violently reversed? It makes me not want to replay old classics, as it’s more likely that I don’t revitalize my love for an old favorite, but entirely change my opinion on its legacy. Is it better to live with the memory or to allow yourself to fall out of love? Adoration and admiration

Hey Allies, Leading up to the release of FFXVI, I was worried that the trailers for the game had shown too much and had practically spoiled all the eikon fights. Thankfully on the latest Frame Trap, Damiani stated this wasn't the case, and that there was much more to look forward to. But I still can't help but feel that the game had too many trailers. I think a game should at most have 3 trailers: announcement, gameplay, and launch. (Not including demos, developer walkthroughs, etc.) What are your thoughts on this, how many trailers do you think a game should have? Would love to hear your thoughts. L&R L. E. L. 20 years later and my brother and I will still drop Max Payne 2 and Red Faction enemy NPC dialougue whenever the moment is right. What game has the best enemy NPC dialougue and what are the most memorable quotes. Let us not forget Killzone's "Not Johnson!!! He was just a boy!!!"

Hi Allies, So... Who cursed Alan Wake? Back in 2010, the first Alan Wake game went head to head with a small little indie darling called Red Dead Redemption. Needless to say that Alan Wake had such an exemplary commercial performance that Remedy had to wait 10 years to get the IP rights back from Microsoft, so they could finally do a sequel with a different publisher. But before doing that, they decided to remaster the first game around 2 years ago. A remaster that to this date hasn't turned profit yet based on Remedy's financial reports. Fast forward to this year and Alan Wake 2 announcing that it'll be out this October. In just a few short weeks since that announcement, their release window is now looking like this: - Forza Motorsport - October 10 - Assassin's Creed Mirage - October 12 - **Alan Wake 2 - October 17** - Sonic Superstars - October 17 - Spider-Man 2 - October 20 - Super Mario Bros. Wonder - October 20 And that's without even including games like Lords of the Fallen or MGS Collection and other titles that are releasing around the same time. So back to my original question, who cursed Alan Wake? And if you are Remedy, what do you even do? Cheers.

Helloooo Allies !!!! In Fallout 4 there is something called the Synths which are basically very advanced robots. They are made to look and act like humans so they can spy on them. One is found out because it has a glitch. Everyone in that town starts to freak out and suddenly I do too. Because I put myself in their shoes and imagine if a person you've known for years is actually a synth. Ever seen then that storyline as been stuck in my head. My question is this what is something from a video game that has made you terrified if it were real in our world.
