The Patron Party is here! All this week, we’re thanking our patrons with extra rewards across many of our tiers, bonus videos, new show premieres, and a Twitch marathon at the end of the week.

We can never say enough about how much your support means to us. It allows us to continue to cover games together in our own way. Easy Allies would not be possible without fans who see the value in what we do. Whether you’ve been a patron since day one or you’re joining us for the first time this week, thank you for funding this endeavor.

2020 has been a rough year, and we aren’t trying to hide that one of the reasons behind this event is to raise awareness and bring our funding levels back up so that we can be confident in our ability to continue to bring you more reviews, shows, streams, and game coverage.

Last year we parted ways with the concept of displaying goals on our Patreon, deciding to no longer lock off new show concepts until we hit specific funding targets. This gave us more freedom to start building on ideas when they’re fresh, and we can say goodbye to ideas that aren’t working out. That said, we do want to give you a point of reference for what different funding levels mean for us. These aren’t hard lines in the sand. We’ll still be working to make many of these things happen at a slower pace even if we don’t reach these benchmarks, but this should help to paint a general picture of what these levels of support will allow if we consistently bring in these amounts.

$40K per month - This is essentially a healthy baseline for Easy Allies as you know it. We’ll be able to keep moving forward at a steady pace, continuing to develop content and shows and making incremental improvements as we go.

$45K per month - At this level we’ll be able to upgrade gear sooner than later, ensuring that all of our team are able to take advantage of next-gen at launch. That means having up-to-date PCs and capture equipment at home as well as in the studio when we return. We’ll also be able to explore more significant investments like a new look for some of our core graphics and logos.

$50K per month - If we get back up to $50K, we’ll be able to make significant improvements to the studio, bringing it up to the full vision we’ve had for it, including workstations in the office, additional sound-proofing to do late night events without bothering the neighbors, and more. We’ll also have the resources to seriously consider bringing in support staff to handle areas we’re weaker in and to help us take Easy Allies even further.

We know that many of you have lost income this year and are struggling yourselves, and we never want anyone to feel bad about not being able to give. But if you can, please consider contributing to these funding goals and helping us go into 2021 strong. Some of you may consider raising your pledge, but we do hope that many who enjoy our content regularly and aren’t currently giving see this message and pitch in. Even just pledging $1 or $5 per month can go a long way if enough people join the cause.

As thanks, we’ve prepared a week full of fun, personal videos. We’ve brainstormed some new shows, and we’re giving a temporary boost to most of our Patreon tiers. Here’s the full rundown of everything you can expect this week, including our normal programming:
