Some feedback for Damiani: [It's all just my personal feedback from this one user's viewing experience. I do not claim to speak for anyone else.] Especially at the beginning, you are talking a lot, and Kyle and Blood barely get a short sentence in, here and there. Please watch the first 8-10 minutes on 2x speed and you will see that it was 95% you talking. I feel like you should try to set up the topic/question as quickly as possible, before then making it an open discussion. In my personal view, your goal should be to reach the point where it becomes an open discussion. Recapping the story should not be the main event. While it is good that you make sure that everybody understands the topic at hand, for me this podcast is not a source of news like going to the Eurogamer website, but a podcast where you and your guests discuss the news. Now I know that the whole Wonderful 101 Kickstarter thing was your main story, and that it has a lot of details. But I think you can improve in boiling that down to the core. Make it snappy. Tell it in as few sentences as possible, sentences that are as short at possible. If there are many details to the story: Put the most important ones in bullet points that you just go through really quickly. And then, once you have opened up the discussion as soon as possible, you can still introduce additional information, if somebody says something where it would be relevant. Please know that I write this from a point of love, where I want to help to improve the show. I like to hear your thoughts and hear you host. You have those great guests sitting next to you, They are bursting to share their takes and talk things through. Buy for the first 8-10 minutes they could pretty much just look at you and nod. Please keep in mind that this is JUST MY view on how things could be improved. I'm not trying to declare "You are doing it all wrong! Let me tell you how to do it." but rather "I didn't enjoy that one aspect much, here is what I would have liked better." Take it for what it's worth, and keep up the good work and this nice podcast.
