Same thing I thought, only two of those games realistically have real tournament potential. Gang beasts should've just been next week's regular group stream.

People are forgetting that this is "The EZA Intramural Tournament of October." Gang Beasts doesn't really work for a tournament stream, there is very little skill in that game, its mostly just pushing random buttons hoping you do the right thing. With Pokemon Stadium 2 there will be actual strategy involved in mentally remembering all the Pokemon's weaknesses and when to use specific moves. (I really hope PKNS2 pull through but if Gang Beasts wins then oh well at least I tried. Either way the stream will be a lot of fun to watch.)

I feel like we should get something newer in. That way EZA would possible gather more folks to watch as they'd be curious to see how it plays. That brand new WWE game would've been my pick in that regard, but there are loads of other new games out now as well. Sure, people want to enjoy their singleplayer games at their own pace, but there's still plenty of newer options for the upcoming weeks. Just food for thought this here.

So this is what it feels like to lose an election. I just nominated All Stars cause it was the first multiplayer game that came to mind and reminded me of the fighting game they played that was made by a fan, but I'm cool with either of the other two options!

Yikes... seriously people? ...(sigh)... Well I guess it is better than last week... Sorry If I am offending anyone. I suppose this is about what I expected from the votes in the earlier post. But I must say, I think it is a good idea from here on out to include a fourth option selected by the 9 Allies. That way if a patron hates all the 3 committee voted options, there is at least one "wild card" option picked by the 9 Allies they might enjoy. Please, please do this. Thank You. ... With that said, lets go PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale...pokemon might be fun too.

Stadium 2 Rental Pokemon is a true test of skill and strategy. My friend and I used to have a yearly tournament of stadium 2. This went on from the games release until only 2 years ago when he moved overseas. The Rules: Challenge Cup Rules, i.e 6 random pokemon, and you choose 3 to do battle with. One battle each level (Pokeball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball and Master Ball) If it's a 2:2 tie, broken via mini-game tournament. Picking the right Pokemon is key. Out-thinking your opponent, picking counters to what you think they will pick which will in turn be based on countering the pokemon they think you will pick. If the allies really get into it I guarantee that Pokemon will be the best choice. There is so much fun and tension naturally in this game. Gang Beasts is just derpy chaos. Which is fun to play but not so great to watch imo.
