Would love to see you guys cover smaller shows (24 episodes or less). Seems like most of your episodes have been LONG shounen and those are difficult on you for time reasons and also difficult on viewers who may want to watch a show because they heard you will be talking it but are discouraged from watching a 100+ episode show (my friend who introduced me to EZA watched Berserk because of yall but couldnt keep up with the longer shows). Even some anime movies would be cool. Finally I can't comment without posting some of the anime i would like to see you talk about... Terror in Resonance (11 episodes) Baccano (13) Death Parade (12) Erased (12) Basilisk (24) or moves like Sword of the Stranger. End this by saying I love watching whatever you guys are talking about and thanks for the constant stream of great content.

I don't think it is a bad thing not watching a series in full as long as you give it a decent amount of time to get a good grasp of it. The only potential problem might be that some Shounen series start off a bit weaker and get better as it goes on. Dunno if this is a good idea or not but have you thought about maybe making plans to do shows based on longer series a few months in advance? that way you could take your time to delve into it and catch up. If you guys ever do that HunterXHunter show with Bossman you really should take the time and try to get to the end if possible, the last major arc (chimera ants) is the best in the series. Also if you get into Gintama I'd say that if you don't intend to finish it, at the very least get past the first serious arc (benizakura).

Ippo is... interesting character... best for me is still first chapters and how he try to understant and learn everything about box.... when I think about it he is still learning something that is obvious even after so many years...

Great episode, I really hope you all finish Ippo, if not all the seasons at least the first one. BTW, don't forget that there is a movie that takes place between season 1 and 2. It picks up where season 1 ends and then season 2 picks up where the movie ends so to get the full story you need to watch it.

Hajime no ippo is probably my favourite anime. Would love to see a part 2 where everyones further into the series. There are three arcs in particular that are just bonkers to me. Also, im sure you know this, but just in case, the movie and ova are canon and take place before the second series. I dont get to watch every episode of ezanime coz of spoilers, but i love hearing people gush about ippo.

Hi Ben, I understand the time issue and that you and the guys can't realistically have watched the whole series, and I totally understand that. Maybe stick to Anime that you've already seen, or have seen a complete season of (so you could label Hajime No Ippo season 1) and then do them in parts. That way we can follow with you. As it is now, with you all at different parts, and for an anime like Ippo which has some great pay offs over time, maybe it would be more enjoyable. Maybe as an off shoot, you can do a movie, that way maybe it wouldn't need as much time. some excellent movies if you don't mind me recommending: Summer Wars (and anything by this director) Red Line Perfect Blue I still enjoy all of your insights, and love the show.
